Change Request and Incident Tracker |
Overview
The Change Request and Incident Tracking (CRIT) app enables users to log change requests or issues. For example, as users test solutions during user acceptance testing, they can log change requests to reflect fixes or corrections. Alternatively, the CRIT tool can be used post ‘go-live’ as a way to log adjustments, ideas, or quality of life enhancements.
Once logged, project managers and solutions engineers can review, estimate, and decide on how to resolve the change requests. A dashboard offers a complete view of all the change requests and incidents with details like workload per developer, breakdown of incident per application and per status.
